Steadysun contributed to the European CoRDEES project led by the city of Paris. CoRDEES standing for Co-Responsibility in District Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, is a full-scale experiment on the energy functioning of the western sector of the Clichy-Batignolles eco-neighbourhood in Paris, 17th district.
Led by the City of Paris, gathering other partners, including Embix, the objective of the project was to collectively empower the various decision-making stakeholders of the eco-neighbourhood in terms of energy. The project consisted in adopting ambitious commitments in terms of energy performance -50 kWh/m2/year – as well as a renewable energy supply – more than 85% through geothermal heating and photovoltaic panels.
“This achievement extends Steadysun’s offering to load forecasting, strengthening our solution footprint in mitigating variability risks on power systems ” Caroline DEFOREIT, President of Steadysun

As part of the CoRDEES project, Steadysun provided week ahead solar power production forecasts for all plants in the western sector of the Clichy-Batignolles eco-neighbourhood (Paris 17th). In addition, we delivered an operational solution for day-ahead forecasting power and heat consumption.
A report on the results will be published in spring 2020.
